I have to say, this restaurant is One of the Best Place to order a Loaded, Juicy, Tasty and Flavorful Chicken, Steak and Cheese Sub in the DMV Area!!! I originally came here to try out some seafood and I was interested in trying Shark, but it was sold out. I also ordered fish, chicken and shrimp with French Fries. The fish was tasty, but the size of the chicken was small the flavor was basic, the French Fries was basic nothing special and the shrimp was tiny, over cooked and it wasn’t the greatest. They also offer dessert. The cake was tasty and delicious!!! Great atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful!!! The restaurant was very clean and there’s plenty of parking spaces available.

I have been a faithful customer of Shark’s Fish & Chicken via Door Dash for about 3 years. The Fried Catfish that I order from Shark’s has always been piping hot, lightly breaded, fresh, juicy, and delicious. Then last Wednesday, I tried a sit-down meal at Shark’s District Heights location; and I ordered Fried Catfish. My experience was terrible there! The catfish slices were thin, overly breaded, and way overcooked to the point that the breading was hard and the catfish was dry! Perhaps my Door Dash orders from Shark’s that I have enjoyed have been prepared at another Shark’s location? Because the catfish I got at the District Heights Shark’s was not anything like the wonderful one that I’ve always gotten thru Door Dash.

Came with my family to have Labor Day lunch. Foods are amazing. Fall in love with their Fried Shrimp. Nothing can be there homemade lemonade. My daughter enjoyed her Philly cheesesteak. The gyro was pretty good too. Will be back soon.

The trout was very fishy smell and taste. Could not eat. The greens were bad. The Mac and cheese were equally bad. The fried okra was good while fresh and hot. Would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location.

The food is amazing. Fresh & well seasoned. I won’t be visiting this location anymore after my visit on New Year’s day. We were eating our lunch in Shark’s, when the cashier sneezed & coughed, while not wearing a mask or covering his mouth. It wasn’t until another customer and myself mentioned this to the cashier that he washed his hands. Washing his hands was an after thought. Be mindful when we are dining out. Washing hands & covering your mouth, isn’t every cultures priority.

Mask sign on door, owner didn’t have face covered and was coughing. (I should have turned away then) ordered 4 wings and 4 pieces of whiting. The whiting is not whiting and has skin on the back, the wings are small. After receiving my food one guy asked me what type of sauce I wanted and when I told him he threw his hands up saying no no no no that’s a special sauce it costs $1. Wow $1 would not have been an issue however that is NOT how you conduct business. You do not yell at your customers as if they can not pay or aren’t willing to pay for a $1 item. The bread that came with the fish was hard. That was my first and last time ever in this establishment. I do not recommend eating here as the food is over priced and not worth the money. Please get real whiting fillets for your orders and regular size chicken wings, along with fresh bread. If you want Sharks the drive to Minnesota Ave is well worth it! These people are not affiliated with them.
