Lemon pepper wings are greasy but good. Fried wings with no sauce are even better. Unfortunately most times I’ve asked to leave off an ingredient on a burger or sandwich, still ends up on it anyway.

Good burger spot! It provides window service only, but it has a few tables for outside seating! Wait time was about 12 mins or more, so if in a rush- you may want to order ahead. Food was good- the four star was because my fries were a lil salty & soggy from the steam of the hot food in the bag. Otherwise- enjoyable!

I eat Turkey meat and this location has everything I love. I tried the Turkey Chilli Chesse fries. They where delicious. The only thing I didnt like was they put it in a card board box. The food is great. The Turkey burgers and chicken sausage breakfast burrito….This location is about 35 mins from my hm but I definitely will be going back.

Great windows service horrible wait time and the worst prepared beef taco in fridge Junior Burger with cheese no cheese on the taco the cheese on the burger didn’t melt the tomatoes were old very disappointed in the quality of the food the girl needs to be clean too much black pepper and a horrible garlic burnt taste

From the customer service (over the phone and in person on) Ms Piffany was AMAZING, to the Turkey burger with cheese and fries super delicious. It was my first time coming here and definitely won’t be my last. I also got a sample of their Turkey chilli and that too was on point with quality napkins. The burgers are fantastic! You can’t beat a made from scratch patty with all of the fixings, including a fried egg. The wings were good but overly salty. Though I enjoy thick cut fries, especially those with a good crunch and we’ll seasoned, the fries at Fred’s checked all of the boxes but they were a bit spongy in texture. I wouldn’t order them again. The strawberry lemonade was a tad too sweet but very good! Finally, to the customer service…ahh, this one is hard because the young lady at the window was quite pleasant but we waited 47 minutes for two burgers, fries and wings. Had it not been for that I would’ve given this spot 4 Stars. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our food and are happy to have supported a local establishment.

Normally, I would not take the time to write a NEGATIVE review. However, this is not the time. I have been a HAPPY & satisfied customer of Fred’s Down Home Burgers for years! Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been the WORST customer service I have personally experienced. Twice they have messed up my orders. I was told because of their NEGLIGENCE they would give me a credit for a meal. Not only did they not honor their promise. The first time, I decided to redeem it today, hoping they would finally honor their original promise and bottom line get my order CORRECT. Now I was just told that there is a time limit to REDEEM it. WOW, I was NOT told that before. I will NOT accept that level of Mediocrity, PERIOD. I would definitely NOT recommend Fred’s Down Home!
