Y’all I normally don’t do reviews and always just say “maybe they’re just having a bad day” and give them benefit of the doubt. But I was absolutely horrified when I bit into my chicken this afternoon. I understand that us humans shed hair, and that it can be a mistake sometimes. But this is ridiculous! I thought it was my hair because I shed like crazy. Nope. This was cooked inside the chicken itself. Gross. Done with chick fil a for a while. They used to be so good and this is a lack of responsibility. It’s not that hard to put a hair net on when you’re cooking!

The dining area does not have any napkins, utensils, sauces or anything and only 2 trash cans that were over flowing. Food was barely warm, not even hot enough to melt cheese. Fries weren’t even crisp, they were just limp…will not choose this one again, will drive the few extra miles to another chick-fil-a

I always have amazing experiences at this chick-fil-a, but today they went above and beyond for my catering order. I ordered a small breakfast catering order for my son’s daycare teacher appreciation week. My son is 3 months old and was having a rough morning. The manager was kind enough to bring out our catering order so I didn’t have to haul him inside crying. This chick-fil-a always goes above and beyond my expectations so we always come here.

Food is great. However this location, store #00583 inside not so clean as the other locations. Wanted to stop and take a moment with my dad before going about our errands and… Some tables were pushed in as if to not sit there. One had a cleaning rag on top. So we chose the high top until.. Table was dirty saw another cleaning rag that was left out on side counter so I cleaned it myself. Three employees were sitting down (not all together but scattered) eating, checking phone, one even saw me cleaning the table talking to my father and didn’t say/acknowledge me. I even joked about if they were hiring bc they need help cleaning. Not that I need a job but to me if I saw someone doing a job that I could have easily taken care of myself that’s called customer service… which I thought chick-fil-A is all about… next time I’ll just go through the drive thru.
