I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express, and I must say that my experience was quite enjoyable. Panda Express is a popular fast-food chain that offers a variety of Chinese-American dishes, including their famous orange chicken.

I love the super greens, I just wish they would cook them a little longer they are a little crunchy but they are flavorful. Everything else is really good especially all the spicy items. We go quite often. My husband loves the orange chicken.

I don’t normally go to this location but stopped before the airport…. Place was cleaner than most. Allot of employees present and food was stocked well. Unfortunately the food was not good. The oil used to cook the honey walnut shrimp is VERY old and makes it inedible. Lo mein it’s good as usual. Boxes were SATURATED in oil.

This restaurant says it closes at 9pm on Sundays, I went by there at 8:30 and the closed door sent me through the drive thru and they only had about 6 items, they better close at 8pm so that they open until 9pm if it’s already at 8:30 they are closed and they have almost nothing, horrible

70% of the time when I order a fountain drink, it doesn’t have enough syrup or it tastes like complete soda water. The portions are also much smaller than the location by USF. The employees are also kind of unfriendly pretty consistently. It’s better than nothing, but it’s surely disappointing more times than not.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. My first time here and my last. The person taking my order seemed like he hated his job and life. Very miserable no type of Customer service whatsoever. I ordered Rangoon, fried rice and lo main, not one thing that I ordered had any flavor. It was the most bland food I have ever had in my life. Tasted like I was eating cardboard. How does the Rangoon not even have flavor? This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. $15 right down the drain. ALSO the portion sizes are so small. Go to any other Chinese restaurant and get a combination meal and you’re gonna get 3x the amount of food you get at this dump. Worst place ever! Tons of bad reviews and I see why! Look at the reviews before you eat here! This place is trash

This location has a great staff. There was a mistake on my last order, nothing major just missing egg rolls, and they were really great with overall not only correcting but were very friendly throughout the whole process. Its not about being perfect and this staff really did a wonderful job to make the experience feel positive and that they wanted to do a awesome job.

Chow Mein was dry and the chicken teriyaki was a little bit tough. The workers are inconsistent with the portion they put, so it depends on the person who serve you. Another thing, that there was no chopsticks.

I used to LOVE Panda Express when I lived in Indiana, but now after the 3rd straight time of messing my order up I don’t know if I’ll ever go back!! The last one was by the WORST! Shame on me for not double checking the order, but I get back to work, and go to eat my Orange Chicken Bowl & hmm….NO CHICKEN ALL CHOWMEIN!! This is after I tried ordering fried rice & an egg roll, they said both would take 5 minutes to make. So not only did I waste 30+ minutes of my lunch break driving there for lunch, but now I’m so upset I can’t eat. #BeBetter #YouLostACustomer
