There stingy never fill the bowls up. Every single time there missing something. I order ahead 20-30 minutes on the app still have to wait and watch them make it and more often then not there out of something on my order. As well they up charge Vs the app, ordered in person $30 on the app $19. Do not go here do not give them your money. Waste of time. At least the very very limited staff is nice.

Bad business for management place is supposed to open at 10:00 am but people keep getting rejected the guy telling everyone they open at 10:30 am and people just opting for going to the Panda Express that is right next to them .. also after waiting for more than 40 min for them to be able to start serving the portion of food is miserable never thinking about coming back here . If you like chipotle this is not the place to come and get your food

This is the worst bowl so far I had from Chipotle. I always love and order from chipotle but this time the bowl had hardly any rice as I can clearly see they were running out of rice that time that’s why they didn’t put much rice in there. Eventually it became so spicy due to lack of rice. I am not coming back to this store if I am at Ontario Mills. 🙁

Gave me food poisoning. More than likely from the rice, Me and my boyfriend had the chicken and he was fine but he didn’t have the rice. Plus this was the only thing I ate all day. Won’t be going back, not a nice way to spend the evening of my holiday or the day before my boyfriends birthday as we couldn’t go out.
