Manager needs to teach the employees to properly address customers on the phone. I called and got a “Hello? ….. Go ahead with your order.” Wow. Maybe teach them to say “Hello, American Deli! How may I help?” It’s not that hard. The restaurant itself is dirty. I know a majority of people go in, get their food, and leave, not sitting down to eat at all. HOWEVER, it wouldn’t hurt to clean up the main area and have some chairs out for people to sit while they wait. I went in today and there were some people standing to wait.

American Deli food okay the one on Fairview Road and the Kroger’s Plaza I purchased them twice the second time I think they added too much to their sauce that they put on the wings and it taste more like orange then lemon pepper. I got wings here with my friend one time and the heavy set Hispanic man was checking my friend out.( it was obvious) so then they call our orders and she asks for extra blue cheese (in Spanish) because he obviously speaks Spanish and since he liked what he saw he gave her a free blue cheese. So then I go and ask him for an extra ranch right behind her and he charged me!! So if he likes what he sees you will get the privilege of getting free dressing! And if you aren’t appealing to his eyes you have to pay!!

I have given this American Deli several attempts to prove me wrong. However, on several different occasions I get hard wings, indicating that the wings have been redipped at least once maybe twice. I asked for all flats, was charged for all flats but wasn’t given that. This happens here on a regular and I just thought it was time to let others know before spending money there.

They are always playing in there needs to be cleaner that what it smells and looks the workers as men play at the register and mix up orders all of the above it’s sad that you only order 1 thing like rice and I’m waiting over 30 mins after you place the order I still have to wait wow less play more work a lot of young people with a playful manager and doesn’t really look as anyone is managing anyone but food in their mouths and going to the back
