Absolutely and entirely disgusted and disappointed with this jets. I get mistakes happen but I received absolutely no sauce to go with my breadsticks although I clarified 3 times over the phone when placing the order that I wanted a cup of pizza sauce. Not only did my delivery take over an hour to show up (which would have still been fine if they hadn’t messed up) but when I called about it they offered no feasible solutions and put me on hold twice for over 10 minutes and didn’t seem to listen to my issue at all I ended up hanging up with my issue unresolved.. all I wanted was my sauce there’s no reason why they couldnt have just redelivered it. This jets needs to do better and take accountability for their mistakes. I literally heard the lady asking someone in the background if I was close by or. It – that should have never been a factor. You make a mistake and you fix it. I will be reaching out to cooperate tomorrow to address this but long story short I have breadsticks that I might as well pitch in the trash.

Jet’s Pizza has been around for a long time I am not a very big fan of them but my wife loves them. When we ordered there a while ago they got my order wrong and they gave us another order of what we had for free. They are known for their Detroit style pizza they don’t have extra large pizzas so a large will probably not work with 3 people but there pizza was good. My wife loves the crust and says that it has a very nice crispy buttery taste and that is something she really enjoys.

Never coming here again. Ordered last year or the year before and they messed the whole order up. Finally decided I was in the mood for some Detroit style pizza. I ordered a Detroit style pizza and get a round hand tossed pizza. That also happened the last time. Not sure how you confuse Detroit with hand tossed but whatever. Guess that’s what I get for not looking.

Negative if possible. No drivers, but lie and say it’s on the way. 2 hours later, after beignet hung up 4 times, drove to store for refund. Rude employees. Terrible franchise for a great pizza brand.
