The only reason that I’m giving this 2 stars is because at least the food we received was good. The problem was the way my friends and I were treated when we called them about items missing from our order. The manger, Brandon, questioned our integrity and refused to fill our remaining order even when we offered to come pick it up (this was about 1 1/2 hours before closing time). While he offered a “credit,” this wasn’t convenient for us because this was our last weekend in the area for several months. He also stated that it was impossible to refund the card used to pay for the missing items. We are all extremely disappointed, and unfortunately horrible customer service is causing this Gionino’s to lose the business of the 4 families involved.

I’ve had exactly *one* pie here. Every single time I have ever called for delivery, regardless of the time, I’m told, “we’re done with deliveries for today,” despite the fact that their manager did tell me that they deliver. I won’t bother calling again.

My daughter ordered a pizza and first she went to website and it said they closed at 11pm then she went to store and it said 10pm so she just ask 1 question, why is it different on website and said that’s false advertisement, THEY CALLED THE COPS ON HER AND 3 COP CAR SWARMED HER TRUCK, REALLY, GIONINOS!
