This is the second time in a row they messed up my order always missing pizza pies. How do you forget a whole pie twice and still get charged for it and take over a hour to send us our pie which was cold as hell. Last time ordering from you smh. This place sucks for customer service the sense of urgency to make their mistake rite is lacking the delivery guy thought it was funny and was laughing at the fact we waited so long for him to bring us our food. Refund would be nice but with bad customer service you will have no respect and common curtesy.

This place usually has good food. But I ordered a $20 Chicago style pan pizza tonight. And it was totally undercooked. Nothing crispy about the crust what so ever. Like eating a wad of dough. Makes Pizza Hut look world class. Stick to the basics with this place.

I ordered a calzone and it came not completely cooked or heated..it was cold in the center. My son had the chicken parm which he said was pretty good. I couldn’t help but notice that the Ladies Room did not have any soap or paper towels. A little scary. Seems like they are in need of having a manager there.
