No refills offered! Only one I have been to that does not offer refills. Brings down the entire brand. I am a lot less likely to go to all McDonald’s now that I know some are doing this. They just spent millions on landscaping but they can’t give you a refill on your drink. America for ya, they have even figured out a way to ruin McDonald’s.

I ordered a number 5 in drive thru. They made me wait longer for my “fries”, I ordered large fries, tell me why they only filled up the fries container half way. I waited around 10 minutes for my fries and apparently the fries were literally half off I’m appalled.

I drive a super stretch super tall work van & I love McDonalds coffee every morning . I wish the drive thru excepted tall dually Van’s. Drive thru gets exceptional fast service seems to be priority over walk ins just purchased new coffee maker but always in a hurry in the mornings & chocolate cookies are the bomb
