The food was pretty good. There are a few places to sit next to the water. There is also seating in the shade under some huge trees!

Got the Chicago dogs and they left me wanting a real Chicago dog, no celery salt no seeds on the bun and way to many topping that made the dogs cold in seconds. And then there the food safety part, a health inspector would shut it down in second if they looked in there. Mold on the walls outside and inside no gloves when handling the food. And the sodas and drink options they have listed aren’t even what they have. Almost forgot about the nachos over salted and the cheese was so cold it was clumpy, funny enough they were the best thing i got. Over all not a good spot will not go back again.

Right on the Waukegan Harbor, they grill the hamburgers to perfection. The menu includes many delicious items, you can sit right outside and enjoy!

I had Italian beef at many of the noted Chicago restaurants famous for it, but this place was my favorite.

Dockside Dogs is a quaint shack near the Waukegan Marina. The Italian beef was awesome, along the lines of a savory French dip.

Very good hotdog joint. The kids ate all their food. Very tasty Sprite drink and good Chicago-style dogs. Self serve condiments. A little pricey at about $8 for a brat chips and a pop.

A small little stand that’s open in the spring summer and early fall. Good dogs, Polish, Italian sausage, your chips and beverages are there also. Reminds me of the little hot dog stands my folks took me to in the 60s. ✔️

Brat with Kraut and Onions on the patio, a Budweiser to wash it down !!

Three stars: Brats was tasty hot off the grill; jalapeño polish tasted like a hot dog; and hygiene was awful. No hand washing and lots of touching of faces, credit cards, cash, etc.
