First things first, I’m giving a 5 star rating. I was tired after work and my husband & I decided to get a pizza for dinner. He called the order in and I arrived at the restaurant about a half hour later. Our pizza wasn’t ready and I had to wait about 25 minutes after arriving at the store for my order. I was a little irritated, but the store was very busy and they just seemed to be having an off night. Everyone has days like those. When I got my pizza to leave, they offered me a partial refund. I did not take it because even though I may have been slightly irritated, they were working very hard and my food looked delicious. Not everything always goes as planned, but sometimes good things are worth waiting for. We ordered a pickle bacon ranch pizza and it was fantastic! We are looking forward to getting another one in the future. Thank you for being kind & also making a pizza with my favorite item.. PICKLES!

I will never ever get food from this place again! I decided to give it a try because I saw that it was a new restaurant opening up. The chicken parmesan was paper thin, burnt, no meat inside and smelled like dog food! And it was expensive!! The salad was so small for the price and although it did have delicious cucumbers in it and red onions and tomatoes it was just filled with yellow bitter iceberg lettuce! Also the pizza I got had very thick cheese with no sauce basically. I know some people like their pizza that way but I don’t. I wouldn’t give this bad of a review for the pizza but the chicken parmesan was inedible and the salad was unacceptable.

We were very impressed with Picasso’s. We ordered the white pizza. The quality of the crust was very good and had a great chewy texture and not greasy. We also ordered a caesar salad. It is a standard caesar salad, but still good (and fresh). It was a fun surprise to find a garlic knot (that was also high quality) on the side. This order will not be our last!

Really enjoying this place…they have in my opinion the best chicken Parm in the area. That’s my go to at Italian places and in Lancaster it’s been all over the map..chewy chicken, giant chicken, bad gravy (sauce), too much oregano..etc…theirs is perfect. Small thin slices, good sauce not over powering spices or cheese. And they actually listen when asking for lite sauce or lite cheese. Also their pizza is very close to Jersey style and very tasty.
