Tried this place once before and it was delicious. Ordered tonight online at 5:05pm and at approximately 6:24pm called to check on the order. We were told it would arrive in the next 15mins and at 7:00pm we still had not received our order. At 7:19pm we called and requested to cancel our order and with no questions asked about why or no attempts to see what the issue was they just said okay and that was that. I’m sad that we waited over 2 hours and never received any food or even any care/concern from the staff. They did say they would refund our money so I’m hoping that follows through at least.

We just moved to the area and we’re hesitant to eat here based in some reviews. I’m delighted to say our experience was great. Good pizza with crisp crust. Excellent deep fried veggies and our server was great. We’ll definitely be back.

We placed order online for 10 wings, stated EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY, there were about 4 that weren’t rubbery. Next is the pepperoni roll, I’ve circled the raw dough. I paid for a white pizza with add on of hot peppers, after the first bland bite, I realized it was just cheese on the shell. The next is old fashioned Romano pizza….I’m not sure if they missed putting Romano on this, or what. That 4.00 salad is exactly how it was when we opened it, pathetic! I paid for an extra side of ranch, and got ANY! I didn’t want to write a negative review, so I thought I’ll just call and talk to the manager. When I called they put me on hold for 5 min, then told me he was busy and would call me back. The girl asked what it was in reference to, so I told her. She advised he would call me back……he didn’t, so here’s my review. This meal was $44.40 and I gave them $10.00 for a tip. I’m trying to support different small businesses during this trying time, but not for this kind of service. Very disappointed!

Three times. Three times in a row with a horrible experience, pizza not cooked all the way, not even cut, burnt, etc. One of those times we ordered a 16 inch and received a spread out 12 inch with the toppings completely slid off the pizza. We offered to bring the pizza back for a refund or for a new pizza and they refused, only offered us a $2 credit for a pizza for another time. (Later got a call back with an apology and the situation was fixed) Tonight, we were told 45 minutes for delivery, took WELL over an hour, they delivered a SMOOSHED and COLD pizza to the wrong address. Was offered another credit, PASS. At this point I absolutely do not want a credit for another pizza. Not buying there again. Very upset because I used to LOVE this pizza.

Decided to stop and eat at Dine in since we seen they opened inside. My son wanted Alfredo but they were out. The server told the owner how upset he got (hangry lol) and the owner was able to whip some up for him on a whim! This made my sons night! Our server was awesome as well so attentive and made sure our cups were full before the pizza came out! I’ve always loved Belleria but something as little as making more Alfredo to make my sons night just solidifies it even more.

Love the new dining area. Looks great inside. Feels very welcoming and not over done. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Always great food. Calzones were fantastic. Thanks for opening the dining area. Great job guys.

They used to have the best steak bread bowl salads. We just ordered 2 and both were missing the cucumbers, French fries and pepperoncini. Not real sure how so much is missed on not 1 but 2 dishes…. the bread bowls themselves were barely full. We clearly should’ve checked before we left but unfortunately did not.
