Oh doggies. Will. This man Will runs a truck. He runs a real truck. Will is an old US Army 10th Mountain guy who decided to operate a turkey and cupcake truck that will change the way you think about BBQ. Do yourself the the best of favors if you happen to be swinging through the Kinston, NC area… pay a visit to Will and find a meal prepared with love and joy, just for you. Turkey BBQ, turkey legs, slaw, cupcakes, and a sauce/spice… they will blow your mind. Cheers Will! Thank you for the joyous meal! Cannot wait to see you again.

That wonderful aroma from that truck will draw you in! A super nice gentleman prepared a surprise lunch plate for my husband. Tender turkey , creamy mac-n-cheese, crisp slaw and some sinful cupcakes.

I visited Will’s Strictly Turkey truck today. First things first, he was super nice and had the greatest customer service. I drove from Goldsboro, and it was worth the drive. My husband had a turkey leg, it was delicious the chopped turkey, was yummy, and last but not least we both had a cupcake, needless to say, I’m hooked..lol. If you’re looking for good food, and great customer service…go see him, you won’t be disappointed.
