Love the food, but the chicken fingers I just received at the Panama City Beach, FL location is pitiful. One regular sized and 2 very little ones. So sad. You can do better.

I love the chicken here, the fries, coleslaw, all great! I love the BBQ sauce! The only complaint I have is that they should have lettuce & tomato for the chicken sandwich. That would be my favorite thing to order if they had it. Shoot, just some mayo & tomato would be just fine.

9:44pm Lady up front is very very rude and unprofessional, picked up online order and she complained that order had only been up for 6 minutes but I didn’t press them or hurry up them I had a seat and waited! She just placed the order on the counter and didn’t say anything to me walked back to get on her cell phone, I asked is this everything no eye contact backed turned she said “yes” rude while continuing to be on her phone! It’s not customers fault why you have problems outside work, BE KIND BE NICE YOUR AT WORK!!

You know when you go out somewhere to get some chicken and you always got that one little nugget or that little half a strip… that’s like every strip here at Guthries. It’s like chicken strips training to be chicken strips but deep down knowing inside they’re not cut out to BE chicken strips. The food was quick but with nobody in the parking lot and the only car in in the parking lot and the only car in the drive-thru you would kind of hope it to be quick.

The food was amazing. However I dont care to much for when I go to the bathroom and the workers hit on my wife in front of my 3 year old. They spoke another language I’m assuming whatever they speak in Africa as well as english They yelled something loud as we were leaving. I’m sure it was dirty and directed towards my wife. I’m from the place Guthries started and that is not what I’m used to. Maybe it’s different around here. But you might want to hire men that respect women and not make them feel like they are in danger.
