Ordered a 4 piece meal, I was rushing to get back to work my lunch hour so when I arrived to work, I just dived in. Was not happy with the texture of the chicken because it looked like a mixture of today’s and yesterday’s leftover chicken. I realized after the fact when I ate around the chicken, that there was a dead roach that looked like its been dead for a while sticking to the inside of the box. Never again!!!

Went to this location on 7/3 At around 10:15 pm the menu said they closed at 11:00 pm I sat in the drive thru for about 5mins I then went to the window in which I saw two men moving around neither one acknowledge me sitting there so I blew my horn a couple times and one finally came over and rudely said we closed and slammed the window back closed I immediately got no my phone and called the corporate number to complain I am currently waiting on a call back from that if I could give them a zero I would 0/10

Had wanted a Classic Chicken Sandwich, they did not have any chicken filets. They did offer the Chicken Little Combo, however, only spicy. Ordered an additional 4 piece Chicken Combo Meal, only to recieve 3 pieces of chicken.

I don’t go to KFC anymore at all. They’re chicken every single time tastes like it’s been sitting under a heating lamp for hours And was just nasty. I’d you want to chicken and your going to this restaurant cuz it’s close, just go across the street to Popeyes, MUCH BETTER

I ordered and made it loud and clear that I wanted a number 17 Nashville hot which is a famous bowl on their menu. After paying and leaving the store with my food, got to where I was going and noticed I was given not even a half filled bowl of their regular famous bowl with cut up pieces of I believe chicken tenders with no corn.Came back to inform the employees of their mistake and no one responded when I explained. I was told to come inside which I didn’t have time to due to me already waiting in the drive thru. Improvement is needed on customer service and communication when dealing with customers
