Today I went to Sonic in Fort Morgan, I ordered 2 foot long coney meals and a large order of Chili tots with cheese, jalapeno’s, and ranch dressing. When i got back t the shop, i gave my husband the tots, the tots were not correct. I called the Sonic and spoke to the manager, he was so kind and helpful. Not only did he replace the tots, he delivered them. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you to the manager, and the staff at the Sonic in Fort Morgan. Colorado, you all ROCK!!!!!!

When you order a sundae and it’s basically milk with caramel…did you guys place it on the grill before bringing out to me. I put in freezer for 20mins and it’s still basically a shake. This place has gone down hill, service, food, all awful!!! And employees always parked in the bays as if they have them to spare because they are always “broken”

Traveling 7 hours away from home and starving at 1020pm on 76 East. Googled restaurants open near me and luckily Sonic is open till 11. We pulled up at 1030, looked at the menu for a few minutes and pushed the button to order. A male voice mumbled something over the speaker and the only thing we could make out was “the kitchen’s closed.” The only thing that we were able to get was drinks. Granted, our shakes were good, but we were still starving and wasted 40 minutes. Just effin close at 1030.

Sonic has officially lost my business in Ft Morgan. It used to be such a nice drive in with decent food. You will now be welcomed by multiple stalls that don’t work or the credit card payment doesn’t work. The building is falling apart and the staff attitude is horrible. Today there was my family and one other vehicle ordering food. 32 minutes later the food came out: stale fries, wrong sandwiches, and missing drinks. I asked the server what’s going on and he said sorry as he walked away. Sad to see this become acceptable. Management won’t respond to complaints. Vote with your dollars and go somewhere else.

We decided to give Sonic a third try and unfortunately we will not be going back. While the service overall was not that bad and the facilities were as expected, the drive home consisted of upset stomachs and the decision that Sonic wasn’t for us. The food is rubbery and of poor quality and never settles well. While others may find the food adequate, we will not be back.
