I came here Wednesday and had an unpleasant experience. First, it took several minutes to even get greeted. Once greeted, my two friends and I put our appetizer order in along with our waters. After waiting a couple of minutes for our waters, our waitress Wendy took our order. Our food is brought to us and I tell my waitress that our fried pickles have not come out yet. She kinda snapped and said “they’re cooking.” I’ve been a server for two years, and I would never ever bring out the food before the appetizer. I would at least offer to take that off the bill, and I regret not asking because I felt like I should not have had to pay for that. My burger was messed up, it had cheese added onto it even though I said no cheese. I tell her again how I wanted it and specifically said medium rare. My second burger came out completely well done. I did not want to be difficult, but I am a server and know how it is and I am not spending my money on something I don’t like. I then went up to a male worker who was amazing and got my burger fixed for me. The food was great, but the service was unbelievably awful. I don’t know if she was treating us that way because we are young. After cashing out, I realize I was charged for cheese on my burger. Our waitress then began sweeping under us and it was mid afternoon. The food was good, but the service made for a bad experience, and I think it’s wrong that I had to pay for an appetizer that came out after the meal.

Awful service. Manager is incapable of taking care of this large of a restaurant. Terrible (read: no) greeting, a sign saying seat yourself, and sass from the staff for attempting to claim a table when four groups were standing STILL waiting to be greeted. Awful service – don’t waste your time. Just get a burger anywhere else.

Ate here a few weeks ago with my wife. Had the sliders with fries and fried pickles and mushrooms. Everything was delicious and the service was very good. So good we went back the next week with our kids. That time around had the Nashville hot chicken strips and they were so good! Highly recommend this place.

Great service and the food is really good! I got the quesadillas, black angus steak strips and the fried jalapeño burger. Everything tasted great and for a good price too!!!! I asked for a side of dr pepper bbq sauce for my angus steak strips, it was the best bbq sauce ever!!! Love this place! I will be back for more.
