This place was so easy! I asked the waitress about vegan options and she immediately named a few that sounded great. I ended up getting the vegetable fajitas, and I LOVED my food. The cabbage was fresh, the rice and beans were seasoned super well, and the enchiladas (topped with half red, half green sauce) were superb. I loved the veggies, and they even had carrots. I hope to be back here again with my boo:)

Excellent service! The only reason I gave a 4 star is the food was not to my liking. The Baja fish tacos were smothered too much for me. The chips were too salty. The beans were too salty. I just prefer simpler. But, a lot of people I’m sure like their food this way. It’s just not for me.

Vegan options – Flavorful food – Ample parking. I was not expecting much because eating out these days is usually so disappointing being overpriced and underwhelming buuut this place restored my faith a lil. My impossible chorizo vegan taco was actually so tasty, you can taste actual ingredients and seasoning! The meat eaters tacos were good too.Good serving size and worth the value… the rice and beans are yummy too. We were done dining within 45 minutes, so the service is prompt enough. They give you “tokens” and spin a wheel every hour for some interaction with guest. First of many visits to this spot.

Yummy drinks. Yummy tacos. Good service! Loved the tacos…I had the smoked chicken and pork cheek…so tasty!! Loved them both. I also heard the fried chicken and pulled pork were good. Loved the dip trio…good salsa, guac and queso. They have a salsa bar and huge hot sauce selection too.

Great neighborhood haunt. Food is usually pretty good, some days it seems off. I guess it depends who is in the kitchen that day. Impossible vegan taco was good once, second time we went it tasted like they got the breakfast flavored sausage shipped by mistake and used it in the taco anyway, they were not good the second time. The veggie sweet potato bowl was very good, just swap the creme for their sunflower crema and it’s vegan. At least they have 2 vegan options! House Marg’s are also very good! Everyone else always seems to like their food and service is great!! One request to the establishment, please Stop putting cheese on the guacamole!!

Got the pibil and chicken tacos. Pretty solid and tasty. The pibil had a lot of sauce on it which I wasn’t a fan of. Their tomatillo salsa is to die for. My wife got their new vegan chorizo taco and she wasn’t impressed.

Im not a fan of Mexican or southwestern food as it is but I was out celebrating my wife’s birthday with family. The restaurant itself is fine. Parking is a little cramped but it’s free. I order the strip steak with its fixings. I was none too pleased with it. The steak was really good but the sides were terrible. Everything was flavorless and the green beans tasted like grease. They did give us tons of chips. I typically hate cantina chips but theirs had flavor so they were ok. I ate a lot of those and thankfully because my main course was abysmal. Took over 20 mins for our main courses to come out and i was done in under 10 mins because all i ate was the steak. The portion wasn’t that impressive for $25.. but then again had it been I’d have probably been angrier. As another family member tried the green beans they agreed with me. Ultimately i spent time with family so that’s the upside. I wasted $45 dollars on that meal. The meal was $25 plus the drink, gratuity because we had 8 family members and i tipped another $5 begrudgingly because it wasn’t the server’s fault that my meal was terrible. But i did make sure she knew it was respectfully. The chips had more flavor than my sides. I forgot to take a picture of my main course.

After a day of adventure, my friends and I were looking for a place nearby by to have a bite to eat and a few drinks. I had been here before years ago and suggested we go here. It wasn’t busy and we, a group of 4, were seated immediately with game chips. They spin the wheel every hour on the hour and if it lands on your number you get whatever the prize is, a house margarita, a t-shirt, a pitcher of beer, etc. The only downside to this is that whether someone wins or not, it’s only one spin per hour.

The cheese dip was good but the drinks and tacos were not. I ordered tacos on corn because I’m gluten free and they came out with crispy onion toppings so I explained that I’m celiac and need new tacos. I apologized that I didn’t realize they came standard with the crispy onion toppings. They took them to the back and literally just took the toppings off the tacos and brought back out the exact same ones and told me to my face they were new tacos. Unfortunately I didn’t see the crumbs from the removed toppings until I was halfway through a taco. Other than that this was the most I’ve spent for the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had.

The ambience and crowd at this restaurant left me optimistic for a good dining experience, but the quality of the food was a major let-down. I ordered the fish tacos and the cauliflower taco. Upon arrival of the plate, the scent off the food was off; the ingredients tasted unfresh and seemed to have absorbed the scents and flavors of whatever else had been sitting in the refrigerator with them. The cauliflower taco was also bland, and the rice and beans that accompanied the tacos somehow also managed to be flavorless mash. The best part of the experience was the nacho cheese and chips appetizer, while the margarita was also nice. I would go back for these two things and nothing more. Oh, and it may be worth noting that this is Americanized Mexican food; nothing to do with the authentic cuisine.
