One of the better Pizza Huts I’ve been too. I feel the franchise as a whole has been struggling lately. But this Pizza Hut seems to be doing well. Great delivery and really good pizza for chain pizza.

Apparently pizza hut does not answer its own phones in the actual pizza hut store you are calling … Instead a third party in another country answers the phone claiming to be from the store. I needed to correct an error on an online order … Something I now know the call center can’t handle but instead of stating that they would just hang up on me…12 times they hung up till I just gave up and hoped for the best with me order. I will never order from pizza hut again when there are local restaurants who answer their own phones and are more then willing to help their customers.

Staff is always well mannered and ready to help! Food has never been wrong and tastes good every time. Just wish it wasnt 30+ minutes away. Still worth the drive!

We usually order from Domino’s, but thought we’d try something different tonight. So, generally, I’m a Pizza Hut fan. I used to love their lunch buffet. I even delivered for them for 3-4 years back in the 90s.

Food was delicious. Staff was amazing. I’m horrible with names, but as soon as I informed server of food allergy she and manager jumped into action and insured that my food was prepared safely and delicious. Wonderful experience, will most definitely return.

The food was as is should. Made to order and fresh. The only concern I have is the place hasn’t been cleaned for days. Been inside twice in 1 week and both times was so dirty that you would never want to eat there. Bathroom is dirty also. Staff is very friendly and they do work hard in the kitchen but that’s about it.

Waitress was friendly, we asked for the pizza to be cooked well done, it was not, there were plates at the salad bar that were not the cleanest, when we were ready to pay for time check she was no where to be found, I went to the counter to pay and another employee finished the payment and said she did not know where the waitress went.

My wife and I love Pizza Hut we just wanted to make that clear before I continue with this review. There used to be one in our area and it closed. We were legitimately sad. When I had to go to New Hampshire for work we quickly decided Pizza Hut was our destination for lunch before heading home. The parking lot is huge and has plenty of room for parking. When I walked in the person working behind the desk was very nice and friendly. Great start. I noticed a sign stating the buffet was coming back. How sweet is that. They have plenty of in house seating for pre Covid days. There where even a couple families sitting down eating lunch. I ordered two large pizzas. An extra cheese and an extra pepperoni. We added cinnamon sticks and Cinnabons with a fair amount of extra sauce sides. The garlic sauce was so gross the food that was dipped into it was thrown away. The deserts and other sauces where very good though. Now to the pizza. I have to say I wasn’t ready for the amount of sauce on the whole pie. I don’t remember that much last time I had Pizza Hut. The crust was nice and buttery. Exactly how I remembered it. All in all the experience was good, not great or horrible but good. Now one last thing. The price. Since when did it cost $64.00 for the order I just mentioned above? How on gods green earth did the pizza and snacks I used to love go up so much in price and down in quality. Yes I said 64 bucks. That is beyond a rip off and I will never ever go back because of that price. The taste of the garlic sauce didn’t help either. Very gross. So bottom line. If your willing to pay way to much for pizza that doesn’t taste like it used to and sauces that are not even close to good id still suggest going somewhere else.

Unbelievable how bad our last order was. Wings without sauce, breadsticks and pizza were way undercooked with raw dough. This is the second bad experience with this location. Clean your bathrooms too, they’re filthy.
