The person who took our order was so nice! Very timely. Their food never disappoints. The chicken sandwich isn’t bad, but I really like their burgers. I’m a fan of the soft buns and the sauce. They have a vegetarian mushroom burger that I really enjoy as well. It’s a mushroom stuffed with melty cheese.

I ordered a couple of burgers and a grilled cheese sandwich for take out for family dinner, and this was what my 5 yrs son got. I am sure this photo well describes how my family was feeling about this place; my son literally started to cry as soon as he saw his sad looking sandwich, and I felt terrible for him. I really liked Shake Shack, but unfortunately similar quality control issues happened to me before with this particular location and I had to submit complaints via customer service. It is just pitiful to see that one of my (once) favorite restaurant failed to learn from mistakes.

Advertised as a gourmet burger place. Won’t cook it rare or medium rare, so why should I trust the meat? Interesting add-on offerings, like avocado, helped, and the paper pocket they were served in made for much less messy eating, which was good. Flavor wasn’t bad, but nothing to wag your tail over.

What a terrible experience. After waiting 15 min, got a text that my food was ready, sat and waited for another 5 minutes before going to the counter to ask about my food. At the counter the staff actively ignored me. As I stood there for another 10 minutes while my fries sat on a tray and got cold, my shake melted and they had yet to make my chicken shack. Horrendous customer service, especially by the girl working the orders in front of the kitchen. Didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize for the delay or my cold food. Honestly, dismal. Will not be back. What a shame. Used to really enjoy shake shack.

This experience was ok. There was way too much sauce on my smokestack burger. Tables were kind of dirty. Shake shack was epic back in the day in NYC and a true elevated fast food burger option, but inevitably, quality has suffered with all of the expansion.
