For the first time in the 7 years I’ve been ordering from this restaurant, I experienced spoiled food. I order frequently. I called to make them aware, and I was told I can’t get a refund. I was told they could make the food over, but at that point I declined and asked for a refund. Subsequently I will no longer be a customer. It’s important that you honor the consumer. We keep the doors open, I’m only interested in doing business with the honorable.

I drive out of my way to order takeout here.freindly people running it and the food is delicious. A lot of Chinese food is mostly broccoli, not here.very generous with the chicken.always get the sesame chicken and eggrolls.the fried scallops are awesome too.highly recommend.

I love this restaurant. The cooks are my heros and the owners are cool! I grew up in China so I’m always on the hunt for the closest I can get to real Chinese flavor and Golden Pond brings me back. Authentic flavors here.

Food is ok. I really don’t like the fact they ration out their soy sauce. This my forth time going to them and my meal always have one soy and one duck sauce. I requested for more in previous visits and they always say they have (taken their word for it), but when I get home….you guessed it 1. Not a fan of being lied to.
