This place is incredible. We were visiting and decided to go on a Friday evening with no reservations. They were very accommodating and even though we ended up waiting about an hour for a table, the hostess graciously brought us drinks while we waited outside. The service was great – staff is very knowledgeable about the food and drinks there. Everything our party of five ordered was amazing. I ordered the mushroom cocktail, goat cheese custard (pictured) and seared sea bass with gnocchi.

Just outstanding. I’ve wanted to try Bolete since we moved to the Lehigh Valley almost 8 years ago. We went to celebrate my birthday last week and it lived up to— no, exceeded!— expectations. My salad tasted like spring. My halibut was perfectly seared with an amazing blend of accompanying flavors. “The Remedy” was a great drink. My husband’s vegetarian sampler was outstanding. All so good. The perfect farm-to-table special occasion restaurant that is super nice without being at all pretentious.

This is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. The food, drinks, service and vibe at Bolete is always 5/5. We had a great dinner, a fantastic evening and can’t wait to see you all again soon!

I ordered a scallop aguachile and the Maine lobster roll. They were both great and delicious! The scallop aguachile was felt fresh and flavors were gentle and balanced. The crispy quinoa gave it a texture that I really liked. The Maine lobster roll was delicious too! The roll was freshly made and added flavor to the dish. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely incredible. Some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. It is pricey but the food is worth it. We really wanted to go but my husband has a mushroom allergy so we were concerned because it’s in most of the dishes. The staff was incredibly accommodating about it. Most chefs will not alter their dishes but the chef here created an entirely new dish surrounding the ribeye for him and we appreciated it so much. Would absolutely go back and recommend it to anyone!

Had an absolutely amazing dinner here on a Friday night. The food was incredible and service was quite friendly. The only downside was the level of noise. It’s a small restaurant, and when full it can be very hard to hear across the table. We had a 9:15pm reservation and by 10:00 it had quieted down quite a bit.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. So many little delicious surprised with each dish and such care and thought goes into the menu creation! The duck cooked so beautifully and the peanut butter tart was bomb. Love how veggie forward everything is. We love Bolete and hope to be back soon!

Wow. Just wow. I would tell everybody to go and try this place out, but it is relatively small so everybody won’t fit, but the food is amazing. We started with the smoked mushroom soup which was fantastic. The soup itself was good and then there were marinated mushrooms in the soup which really elevated it to another level. We also got the seared labelle foie gras which was delicious. I have a lot of experience with duck and I’ll say the flavor and texture of the whole dish was wonderful: from the jam, to the side greens with pistachios and the toasted bread. It was all perfect. For our main course, I got a grilled PA ribeye and my wife got the halibut. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and came with small potatoes and lobster chunks, all mixed into a great sauce. The halibut came with peas, bacon, and gnocchi which just melted in your mouth. We both loved our respective entrees.

Bolete was a wonderful experience! As a vegetarian, you may notice there’s not much on the menu – but you can tell the chef what kinds of things you like and he will create a dish for you! The service was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and very attentive. The water glasses never ran dry!
