Placed an order for Delivery of over $100 worth of pizza. Got confirmation email and tracker saying food is in the oven. 30 minutes later no update. 1hr goes by no update. I figure it’s the weekend they are slammed. 2hrs go by I call and they tell me on the phone that they don’t have drivers…… Then they said “we were going to call you”…… like when? The next damn day? You could have called and given me the option to come get it. Horrible service.

Worst Pizza Hut in America. Had to wait 20+ minutes for guy to acknowledge us and give us our pizzas that were ready for 30+ mins. The three guys working on Saturday 8/26/23 aren’t doing a good job. Find new people to work here and hire more people or shut this location down.

Just had to come back and change a previously stellar review. Made an online order to carryout and retrieved our pizza. Upon returning home, we realized the pizza was not as ordered and that they gave us bread sticks in lieu of cinnamon sticks. Tried to call an was unable to reach anyone so we decided to go back the following day as it was late when we got our pizza. The staff was rude to my wife and made her feel as though she was in the wrong. Completely unacceptable customer service. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but the employees there are surely deserving of one. Beware.

Worst customer service ever!!!! The manager acted like everything you said to her was an inconvenience and a bother. She was extremely rude to the customer in front of me, to me and to the customer behind me. She was throwing things, slamming things. Just all around rude. I will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online at 12:55 pm, was given a 21-31 minutes estimated delivery time. After an hour I called to check on pizza because tracking only showed cooking the order. I was on hold for over an hour and no one answered the call. I finally called another Pizza Hut location and someone answered right away. They called the other location and the manager told them they did not have a driver and was waiting for Door Dash to pick it up. Told them I could pick it up if I wanted to. First, off I could not drive due to a procedure and second, they did not bother to call me and tell me about the delay. So my order was waiting for 2 hours due to no delivery person. RIDICUOUS! I cancelled my order and asked for refund. If I don’t get it soon, I will go up there or call the national customer line. I don’t want free food next time, I want a full refund and I will not order from this location again.

This is the 3rd time that my food was NASTY and usually I don’t say anything, but I don’t have money to waste. I live in a small town (Benton LA) only 3 restaurants to order from. My crust was not cook thoroughly. It was soggy and I asked for light sauce, it was thick and the cheese was not melted..it still looked like shredded cheese if you understand what I mean. It was made right but not cooked completely. I’ve tried to contact the store several times. I held on for 35 minutes for a supervisor, no one came back to the phone. I hung up, called back and asked to be transferred to the store in Benton and no picked up the phone. So no one cares at this place, poor service. I will drive to Bossier City from now on.

I placed order at 621p and did not recieve at door until 920p. They had 1 driver. No one answered calls at Benton location. When they finally did they had wonderful attitude. Call center did what they could. I understand staffing shortage. The delivering personnel was great and had good attitude. EVERYONE DESERVES A RAISE AND I HOPE DELIVERY PERSONNEL MADE HUGE TIPS.
