Just ridiculous. Got in line at 6:20. Guy puts a cone behind me saying last customer. It is now 6:51 and still haven’t ordered. And I am stuck in line. This place is always a joke. There was a mean dude, that apparently was high, because i ordered the same food than the day before but that time there were 2 drinks extra and i was telling him that why was it like 12 dollars difference between the food from yesterday with no drinks and with drinks was a bug difference, hes just ignored me the whole time and was hurring ppl to get out of the line. I hope the manager take actions against him, if not that place is going down.

Manager wanted me to go through the drive through after being in the building already for 10 minutes, only reason I hadn’t already placed an order was because the cashier was telling a list of items they were out of. When the manager came to the counter she stated the lobby door should have been locked and that I needed to go through drive through to place my order. I left and went somewhere else for dinner. Lost my business. Horrible management.

My order was simple a 16 piece meal which includes 3 large sides. I get home the family starts grabbing and some started eating, then I realized one of the sides red beans and rice was not in the bag, so on my way back to get my red beans my girlfriend counted the total number of pieces and how many of each piece was put in the box, keep in mind while in the drive through I specifically asked if you get 4 pieces of each (wings, breast,etc) I was told yes, well it turns out there 4 wings, 4 thighs, but 5 drumsticks, and 3 breast. When I showed up back at the store this one female said if I would have brought the box back they would have corrected it. Well it’s kind of hard when some of my family were already eating thier chicken. When I was on the phone the employee said the missing red beans was because they were shorthanded and didnt have enough employees. That is not an acceptable excuse, even if you only have one employee the order should still be correct! And these people want 15 dollars an hour, hell most of them dont even deserve what they are currently making. I will never visit this place again. The mixture of pieces was not an accident, I bet that is how they increase profits, by substituting a cheaper piece of chicken for a more costly piece. You guys can get your food there, but they lost my business!
