I’ve had 3 bad experiences with the frozen meals here within the past month. The first was with a teriyaki chicken stir fry bowl. It was labeled incorrectly in the freezer so when I went to eat it, it was a completely different meal. The second was with a frozen buffalo Mac and cheese bowl. The chicken was all fat that I was literally pulling the fat out of my mouth as I was chewing. The third was the worst yet. I got a frozen mak bowl that was suppose to be shredded beef, brown rice, peppers, mushrooms and buffalo sauce. When I heated the bowl it was literally ground beef unseasoned with a ton of red onions and tomatoes. I called and was told, “that’s weird, we don’t even have ground beef.” So I’m not sure where the ground beef came from if they don’t even have it. I was told to take pictures of it when I called and I’m going to stop in the shop to show the associate this weekend. I ended up taking pictures and throwing it out because it was inedible.

It’s so awesome to see a meal prep company with a physical location! I love that on top of the fresh meal plan they also have a wall of frozen meals to take home. Definitely more convenient and affordable than grocery shopping and cooking at home in my opinion.

This place is such a disappointment ever since they changed their menu in fall of ‘22. The prices have increased, the quality and amount of food has decreased. My medium bowl to go was missing the protein, had about two tablespoons of the rice base, and generally looked like garbage. Such a shame, because this town needs more healthy options!

Normally I’m not someone to leave a review. I go this place weekly, I tell everyone I know about it. Overall this place is awesome. This isnt the first or second time a meal that’s supposed to have some kind of sauce on it doesn’t have it. It happens pretty frequently, leaving those meals to taste not so great.

My boyfriend and I go to Clean Eatz at least once a week. We love the food and the people who work there. Steph is the best! She goes out of her way to make sure we’re satisfied with our visit and has my regular order memorized. Perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I was in this location 5-10 minutes. Not one employee said a word to me… they also are not transparent on their allergen items. The fudge that had marshmallows and maybe Chexmix on top had neither listed. I had such high hopes and was left nothing shy of disappointed.

This place is amazing! The meals are very flavorful, they always have a great variety of frozen meals. I have lost 15lbs and it has made a huge impact on a diabetic family member. Mahi is absolutely the best and has always helped us find what we need and always has our pizzas!! We are so glad to find this place!

Even though Clean Eatz is a bit of a trek from our house, we LOVE it! The food is amazing, but the gem of our experience is Stephanie! She is ALWAYS ABOVE & BEYOND in customer service–kind, helpful, patient, knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing her every visit!
