Ordered food for 3 family members today and ALL the food was horrible.. my son ordered the chicken strips.. horrible and overcooked.. they were damn near burnt.. fries soggy!.. My Granddaughter ordered the same thing.. her food was the same way.. they also forgot to give me my mozzarella sticks.. sent the sauce, not the sticks.. I ordered a patty melt.. what a joke! .. it was two burgers on 2 dry pieces of bread.. it was salty and so were the soggy fries.. it didn’t look or taste anything like a patty melt.. all that food went in the garbage!.. My son called and complained.. we ordered for delivery and food was here within 20 minutes.. that food had to already be done and cooked twice.. ( the chicken tenders)

Gross. Just look at that nasty Gyro meat and soggy fries. They don’t even cut the Gyro meat properly, it’s supposed to be cut in long thin strips, not little chunks like this garbage.

Man this was horrible. Gyro salad was very plain. The cheese fries were burnt and just awful. This place use to serve way better food. I’m definitely not a fan anymore

I paid 5.99 for six mini corndogs that is a dollar a mini corndog, and the fries were soggy and gross. Burgers were good per the people who had them but a dollar a mini corn dog is outrageous.

I’d rather go to Waukegan Gyros which is less than a 5 minute drive. Practically the same menu but Waukegan Gyros taste better than George’s and you’ll catch yourself saving a couple more bucks. Food at George’s Gyro taste like it sat in a microwave and don’t even bother going inside unless you want to hear those old men at gambling machines.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Order was wrong, buffalo chicken strips were SEVERLY overcooked, no sauce or dressing provided. No gyro sauce provided with the gyro. When I called they said its not their issue, call Grubhub. Kenya on the phone knew nothing and kept placing me on hold without even saying anything, just abruptly left the conversation. I Will NEVER order from here again!

I’m only giving a star because you have to just do a review. The fries were hard and gross no doubt that if they were fresh maybe they would have tasted better. The pizza puff tasted and looked old like they took it and zapped it in the microwave. Never again!
