The tacos here are boring and bland.

It’s been a while since we’ve been here, and we should come more regularly. All the food was delicious, the portions huge, the service friendly and prompt, and the don’t use a lot of cilantro (which I cannot stand the taste of)

Went here for lunch – surprised that I’d never been here before. It’s right around the corner from work and I’ve been to all the other places in this strip mall. I digress – back to the review.

The food was very good. We had to ask for drinks and menus. No one came to the table to wait on us. When he did, we found out he was alone, and while the place was not full, there were enough tables to keep him busy. 3 other employees were on break at a table close to ours. No judgment, I have no idea how long or hard they worked before we arrived. He did give great service after getting to us.

Staff is friendly. The menu seems varied enough. I ordered shrimp fajitas. I was surprised when the skillet was brought to my table without the signature fajitas sizzle sight and sound. I touched parts of the offering and was disappointed again that the food was barely warm, certainly not hot. I asked my server Fonz why no sizzle, why tepid food? He took the skillet away and brought it back sizzling. However, when I assembled my first loaded tortilla (which was hard on the edges ) and took my first bite it was barely room temperature. I asked for a to go box so I could take the food home and heat it up. I told Fonz I’d come to the restaurant so I wouldn’t have to prepare my meal and wash the dishes after. No such luck. This was my first visit and I see no reason to return.

We love Pancho’s! Great food! Every single menu item! They treat my elderly mother with great respect and it’s her favorite too!

Very disappointed. Both meal and service was very poor. Surprisingly so, considering many have had good experiences. One example, the refried beans were literally soupy water and waitress did not understand why we wanted them replaced. When checking out the person at the register could not actually run the cash register. There are so many Mexican restaurants to pick from, have to do better to expect return business

Panchos has been one of the longest standing Mexican restaurants in Franklin, and one I have been eating at for close to 20 years. It has always been better than most, and it continues to be one of my favorites.
