We came to eat and the lady named Milena would not come and ask for refills I asked if I could have some water with lime or lemon and she told me they didn’t have any and the table next to me order the same and she gave it to them and when I asked for about it she was like no we don’t have any and I showed her the limes at the table and she was like oh we just got the truck in mmm really the truck at 8:00pm. I would not recommend bad service she charged 18% tip $22 and was never nice. She also didn’t want to give us the ticket cuz she put party or 6 instead of 5 this is unacceptable bad service and giving her $22 not right we payed $157 the food was good but not the service

I’m glad I found this spot! Fresh tasty food with quick service! I came during lunch time and thought for sure the wait would be long. But my food arrived in like 5 minutes and was hot and fresh! I will be back! I ordered the Tacu Tacu with chicken.

Food definitely taste like Peruvian food. They serve a lot of food, so come hungry. I ate gallinita al aji, my sister ate chaufa and my niece got the chicken quesadillas (a bit burn) with fries. Food prices are good.

Peruvian here! SLOW service is only reason I put 3 stars. Pollo a la brasa was pretty good. We had arroz chaufa (fried rice) with ensalada de tomate y cebolla (tomato onion salad) as our sides. Our waitress accidentally gave us the house salad and we were already done with our chicken and rice by the time she came with the correct one…we are slow eaters…a salad doesn’t take that long to make. And we waited nearly 17 minutes to have her come back with the bill. I recommend takeout only. May or may not be back only because it’s the closest Peruvian restaurant from where I’m stationed at in Memphis.

My friend and I drove by this place and it looked like a nice place to try. We shared the family special chicken with four sides and they were very ample sides. The seasoning and spices used were a pleasant surprise as I didn’t know what to expect from Peruvian fare. The outdoors dining section was great as well as the service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I can’t say enough good things about Panca Peruvian Restaurant. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The food was outstanding, with each dish prepared with great attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were simply divine. I highly recommend trying their seafood platter; it was a mouthwatering combination of the freshest seafood imaginable. Panca Peruvian Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
