What a disappointment! Never before been in a McDonald’s where I had such poor service. First, I will say the food was hot and tasty and prepared quickly and accurately. But so many fails. First, I couldn’t get service at the counter. After about 3 minutes I decided to use the automated kiosk. That worked well except the receipt was completely blank – printer didn’t work. Next, I visited the restroom and was puzzled as to why, though they have 2 doors, both were marked for either gender. So the room I chose was messy, floor flooded all around the sink and trash overflowing. When I told my husband about it, he pointed out the windows were full of dead flies and the dining room floor was nasty. We don’t live in Mannford and stopped here after an hour on the lake. Next time we’ll go somewhere else to eat.

Well it took way to long to get my order got a #7 and when I did get it my coke was flat, my Fri was cold my cheeseburger was cold as well. And as I was eating my Fri I noticed 2 dead flys on the bottom.. I threw my meal out.. that’s so disgusting and I still feel sick to my stomach. I will make sure I don’t go back to this McDonald’s. I will take my services elsewhere. Watch out ppl. Customer service sucks

Used drive thru. Soon as I pulled up they came on speaker and took my order, then repeated it back to me and showed on screens also with the total price. Pulled to first window to pay and the cashier was very courteous and fast. Pulled up to second window to get my order and it was hot off the grill and drinks was cold and fresh tea and that was served with a smile and a 5hank you. Highly recommend you give this McDonalds your business

This place is out of control it sounds like chaos in the kitchen. People are waiting around they’re not getting their food a guy ate his whole meal and never got his drink. I’ve been waiting twenty minutes for my food and I spent nine dollars and ninety cents on a big mac meal small. I can do better than that at the local cafe.
