Every time I go in this location in a hurry to grab a Hot and Ready pizza, nothing is ever hot and ready. The convenience this chain is supposed to provide is not convenient at all. People come here for the convenience and the cheap prices so they can grab and go. You cannot do that at this location. Don’t waste your time.

Decent pizza, but the service here was absolutely terrible! Walked in and was told our pizzas were almost ready. After 30 minutes had passed we inquired about the status of our order and the supervisor on duty , who stood up by the register with a trainee the entire time, responds by asking we have a code for our pizzas. We had no idea what he was talking about, but apparently our pizzas had been ready for about 25 minutes and he never bothered to tell us! He left us standing there waiting for all that time and then essentially blamed us for not knowing that he had placed our pizzas into some warming device on the side that you need to have a code to unlock! Totally unacceptable! Will not be going back to this location ever again. Would recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else that has much better service.
