On the menu online, it doesn’t specify whether the rolls are fried or not. Unfortunately for me, the oishii roll was fried and so everything was all melted together and soggy by the time I got back to my hotel. I would have saved half for later tonight because I have a mini fridge in my room, but because it’s fried I can’t save it. I honestly didn’t care for it and am just really bummed because if it was a cold sushi roll like I thought, it would have tasted better and I would have had left overs. I would have given 2 stars based on the food alone but the service was really good and everyone was very friendly.

From the time we entered Oishii Japanese Hibachi Grill until we left we all had a great and enjoyable time. There was15 of us there and 10 of us opted for the grilled food while 5 opted for the buffet bar. Our waitress keep us well attended to with drinks and anything else we needed and our chef kept us laughing with his jokes and fun cooking of our meals. This grill is one for the top of the list to definitely go back to. Well worth the price and time.

I didn’t expect to find hibachi in a small town like Paris, but this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I loved our cute little host, such a professional and welcoming young man. The hibachi was good. The chef was funny and entertaining. The sushi was good as well. Definitely a lot of food for a great price!

For the price and the food, I go there a lot. I like their food and the selection. The staff is very friendly the food area is always clean. The one bad thing about it, try not to use the restroom, my wife and I give them a half of a star.

We’ve been here twice now and we’re not disappointed either time. The hibachi grill chef was awesome. Very entertaining and the food was excellent. The buffet was fresh and good was great! I definitely recommend trying this place.

I have to say that coming from south west Florida and the North east before that, finding Oishii was like hitting the lottery. We have been living just a little South of Paris and have found very few restaurants that can compare with the ones we’re use to having lived in big cities. I also had a rule of not eating sushi in a landlocked state. Well Oishii has made me throw that rule away. We did the hibachi and I had the fillet and shrimp which was outstanding. We did get a rainbow roll just to try how their Sushi was. We were very pleasantly pleased. It is the first place in a year that I have said I would go back just for the sushi. The price is a reasonable the atmosphere is fantastic and the food is very good. The Hibachi chefs are both entertaining and very talented. Our server Rasha was fantastic. We will be back & we were ll ask for her as our server. I highly recommend Oishii for your sushi and hibachi dinning. Next time we’ll try the Chinese food part but I’m sure it’s going to be just as good

Starting off i was going in with very high expectations as this restaurant was my favorite Chinese restaurant in this area. The food was great quality and it seemed as people actually gave a damn ,but its all gone. The only redeeming quality was the waiter ,he kept on his game and took care of our table very well. The food was disastrous (The chef looked exhausted when he came out as if he hated it) honey chicken tasted like ketchup, the rice was oily beyond belief, they also mixed new food with clearly stale hours old food. The only decent food was the catfish and steak(the steak was very inconsistent but it was mostly good) The lady at the front desk was rude and very pushy. This restaurant ruined me and my girlfriends entire outing as it demolished mine and her stomach and left a bad taste in our mouths. (both literally and figuratively )if you want good food drive up the road and get misos its all around an amazing experience and its just its worth that extra $10 compared to this garbage heap of a restaurant. Overall overpriced and not worth the time or money.

Be Humble
Bad service tonight for Hibachi. Been supporting this restaurant for years. First, Miss ‘How Many’, had an attitude, 1st time she acted that way. My family has helped pay the electric bill for this restaurant over the years and then the hibachi chef acted like he didn’t want to be there. He was not friendly at all. No interaction whatsoever. That was the worst experience we have ever had at a Hibachi. The waitress was polite and did her job well. Shogun in Murray Ky is worth the drive.

the buffet was great. big selection, clean. decent service. the men’s restroom was kinda nasty that night. If your hungry and like different foods, steak ,Japanese, sushi ,and alot more to choose from right off the buffet and not break the bank. it’s a must.
