We waited on our food a long time to be served cold steak and fries. People who arrived much later than us finished their meals and left before we got our entree. Our server was friendly, but she obviously forgot about our entree until I finally asked her to check on our food. Managers checked on tables around us to make sure they were happy with their visit and totally ignored us. Extremely disappointed… especially since we had very good service on our previous visit a couple of weeks ago.

This was my first time back here after many years and it was a very good experience! Our waiter was very friendly and very helpful, always making sure that our drinks were full and giving us recommendations. The food was super delicious, I will for sure be back.

Chicken was good. Sirloin steak was medium and one of the dryest steaks I’ve ever ate. They gave me one piece of broccoli that was so big it still had the stock on it and the apple sauce had something not apple sauce in it. Sub par at best. 10/10 will not recommend and won’t be returning

Service & food were very good. I don’t base my service reviews on my server being a robot slave. I base it on he or she being a server who makes little mistakes (because serving isn’t easy)corrects them with a smile or a roll of the eyes and a chuckle. I can’t remember our servers name but she was fabulous. Funny and personable. Aspiring tattoo artist with a tiny peace sign on her left bicep. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse for their comfortable staff and good food. It was a perfect first date experience.

The wait wasn’t very long to get in however they overcooked our fried pickles and had to redo them then the roadkill my wife ordered was overcooked. Then it took over 25 minutes for our waitress to figure out our bill and get it back to us. Don’t know exactly what the issue was but definitely was dissatisfied.

Nothin Fancy Home Cookin
Dinner was perfect this evening. The 16oz Sirloin was so good tonight, cooked perfectly to a medium rare, I didn’t even need to use steak sauce. Krystal was our server and she she was on top of it the whole visit. One of the best servers we have had in a long time in here. Thank you for making our evening enjoyable. We don’t get out much without the kiddo.

Amazing service, great staff, wonderful food! This location had the best server, Nick, and the manager was so friendly! They also had the coolest tiny heirloom tomatoes on their salads; the yellow ones are so sweet – like candy. We can’t say enough about Texas Roadhouse. Consistent quality.

Food is great service is hit or miss. When it’s busy it can be hectic and your food can arrive late. Waitresses and servers are always nice – blame the cooks lol. Management is also good and kind and will make it right if you are a civil human being they will be understanding with you. I’ve always had great food and service here. Try not to fill up on the bread and butter. It’s good lol.

Did not get rolls until food came out. The salad was warm and the waitress said it was warm because the bowl was hot and didn’t offer to replace it. My shrimp came out cold I told the waitress she again did not offer to replace it. The manager came out as usual asking about our experience I told him about the shrimp and he brought out a replacement. This has gone downhill .
