I could have waited until I got home to make this review but I decided to pull into a parking space and do it because I am highly upset. The cashier at the window was VERY rude. I asked for another drink because it tasted like water, she decided to have anasty attitude because of it. I asked for extra sauce which I asked for when I took my order. She snatched the tray and bought it back and closed the window. The rolling of eyes and everything was very rude of her and I will jot be returning to this location. Please help this young lady understand the importance of customer service, I had to apologize to her for even asking for another drink but she still continued with her attitude

Had lunch today at this Zaxbys and found the place to be nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and polite. Took my order and served very fresh hot food very quickly. This is one of the nicer and cleaner Zaxbys that I have visited in a while. The have easy access and parking. Located just off the Truman parkway this is a good location. This is located next to a McDonalds and in the same center as a sams and Walmart. Stop in and grab something from these guys if you are in the area.

Both online orders I’ve put in at this location have been wrong. The one I just picked up was literally missing half the order so I had to go back in and wait for it – defeats the purpose of ordering online to have it ready when I get there.

The food is great, but this location is harsh to their employees. This young lady was standing in direct sun with no umbrella or shade. I notice that even if she was to sit there was no place for her to dodge that sun. I spoke with Frankie the manager and he says it’s policy; that’s rediculous! It’s policy to be expose to direct sun for hours. My food is better when employees are being taken care of.

Everything was terrible about this place. Needs to get looked into as soon as possible. The person taking our order was very rude and disrespectful. Mocked my sister-in-law after she ordered “ she wants Sweet and Spicy.” And then laughed? Very unprofessional. The chicken was over cooked and there was a hair lying right on top of the wings as soon as we opened the box. This is just absolutely unacceptable.
