Service, staff, and meal was all great. Prices are ambitious, especially for the pasta and bread dishes. Dined in once, ordered take out once. Kids options are limited. Staff did a great job accommodating our 4yo and 2yo.

Way overpriced for the quality of food. The pasta was tasty, but not $56 worth. The best thing that we tried was the Wagyu Bolognese. The Focaccia was good too and the only thing that had a reasonable price point. Everything else was kind of a miss. The view was great, but, when we first sat at our table, we waited to see a server for 10 minutes. They bring the dishes out as they are ready and I don’t know if this is just something they are doing because they just opened, but it was super weird having 2 people in our party eating while the rest of us had to wait another 5 minutes for our food. Our dinner was $380 for a party of 6, no alcohol, 2 appetizers, 5 pastas, and 1 meat entree. We didn’t feel like the service and price gave us high hopes for dessert. They just opened a few days ago so hopefully this is just because they are still figuring things out, but it was kind of disappointing!

We’ve had the privilege to visit the Grand Wailea many times over the years. We were disappointed to discover that one of our favorite spots for lunch, the Bistro Molokini, has been closed and replaced with Olivine.

Service was the highlight… friendly, informative, and timely. Menu items were hit/miss. Burrata served with large chunks unripe tomatoes. Meatballs were tasty. Rosemary focaccia was actually a loaf rather than focaccia and was served well after the other two apps. Black truffle pasta was very al dente with bland flavor and no visible truffle to be seen. Fennel sausage pizza very nice but optional truffle shavings added at table were not worth the trouble or price. Olive oil cake pretty bland. Wine list extensive and leaning heavily to expensive realm, but reasonable bottles found. Price for 3, with cocktails/wine/tip, was >$500–pricey even by resort standards . Would be more inclined to put it on for lunch rather than dinner.
