what a joke, order was wrong, took forever and was ice cold. used to get food from there at least once a week but thanks to a steady decline in the speed, quality and accuracy of service I will never stop here again. would rate zero stars if I could. 100% unsatisfied customer!!!!

Went through the drive through for lunch with the family. I ordered 6 different items and was asked “is that it?” After each item I requested. Had his underwear completely exposed at the drive up window and then, to top it all off, got our order 100% wrong. With the amount of time we already spent in the drive through line, we were not able to go back and correct the order. I can’t blame the employees, at least they showed up. But there was definitely a lack of good management.

Middle of the day on a Saturday, their lobby was closed so we had to use the drive through, they refused to take separate orders saying everyone in the car had to order together, we all only had credit cards. So we made the car behind us back up so we could leave. How difficult is it to take four different orders. Absolutely insane ! If you can’t do that then open the lobby so people can pay appropriately.

This restaurant is getting more frustrating by the day. Went thru the drive thru, they are supposed to be open til 8, a recording said they’re closed. This is the only Arby’s I’ve been to that closes at 6 on Sundays and every other fast food restaurant is open much later. Does no one want to work there? What’s the deal? Oh, and they’ve gotten my order wrong at least twice.
