I was enjoy my food and then I saw a hair on my chicken. This has never happen me before I called to let them know and she was very disrespectful and she started to raise her voice at me. This is not professional they don’t even use a hair net and claimed they did I wouldn’t make a big deal if they at least talked calmly .

They’re really good! Worth the money and can feed a family of 6 for under $25. Only thing the chicken breast is overcooked every time I go. They have really good customer service. They are very good at giving you complimentary nachos is there’s a really long wait.

Terrible experience, we had an event today and went to buy 8 chickens, rice and beans for 25 people. “Jackson” took the order wrong and charged us $50 extra, instead of refunding me that he cancelled the entire chicken order over $200 and told us we won’t have our refund today. And that meant we would have to pay for the 8 chickens again if we wanted to order. We had exactly the amount for food and didn’t have enough to order the chicken. Clerk called the owner and instead of them resolving the issue they told us there was nothing they could do. As a business owner myself I found this resolution to their error unfair. Now we had to cancel the entire order and don’t have money for my brothers birthday dinner. So sad because a friend recommended us but it was pointless.

I’ve been a few times, I often shop at the nearby Walmart, and the smell in the air in the parking lot tempts me to return often. This Grilled Chicken is absolutely OFF THE CHAIN GOOD! Perfectly seasoned, with just that right amount of char on the skin to enhance the flavor.
