I don’t think I could be less excited about a meal. $97 for my family of five. Food was less than Burger King quality (except the French fries…..they were really good). It was terrible. I can’t believe they have been open this long. If it wasn’t for the fries, it would have been a complete waste of a meal.

TAPE THEN STAPLE DOOR DASH ORDERS!!!! It’s no help from the restaurant to prevent disgusting dashers from opening your food if you’re going to do the bare minimum. Why am I paying extra if my food is going to be tampered before I get it ????? DO BETTER

Over priced, tasteless burgers and fries were old and double cooked. Looks like Associates cook fries half way and then pull fries out of the fryer to wait for customers to arrive and to drop back in the fryer just to reheat. Fries were dark brown and wilted instead of crispy, golden color. Nice attempt at custom burgers, but who can afford to pay $20 for just a burger and fries. In N Out down the street looks to be a better value AND taste, which will also include a drink or shake for under $15.00.

Burgers were tge only reason 3 stars were warranted. Service was less then pleasant. The facilities were a mess food all over floors in dining room. Kitchen was a mess. Online ordered and were suppose to receive food at 930. We didn’t receive order until 954

Our first nite of vacation, and as soon as my friend saw there was a 5 Guys very close to our hotel, the dinner choice had been made. We enjoy the food at 5 Guys, and this location did not let us down. Our order was served in a timely manner and as usual, all good. Plenty of parking at the location as well, as it’s in a strip mall type area. No complaints here!

Burger was very good size. They make their fries fresh every day, which is nice to see. Employees were friendly. Location was clean. Almost no wait. Took around 5-7 minutes. Was kinda expensive, but you do get a fair amount of meat (they topped off my fries fairly well). Would recommend to anyone in the area.

When I walked in I got an IN and OUT feeling because of the color.. The service was basic, remember that fries are separate….(cost more). Then we get to the food, the burger really has NO flavor.. I got the Grilled Cheese Burger. ..but yea no flavor really. The price was RIDICULOUS 3 Burgers and fries 55$ !!

I come to the door at 905 reading the door saying they closed at 10 so assuming because of Covid they probably closed early. Then looked at the online posted hours. It turns out it was 930 closing time. Each person inside ignored me as I hand gestured asking if they were closed. Honestly I understand wanting to close up and leave when the day is almost over but locking the door so customers can’t come inside and order 25 minutes before the door should be locked is plain lazy.
