It’s always a good feeling getting to see the workers being good friends and able to laugh. It makes the place feel welcoming. The drive thru is a plus, but the food is exactly as you’d expect from Little Caesars. Not bad, but not amazing.

Here a few times in Clarksville. Twice, they had wings that were cold inside but hot when touching the box. Yesterday was after they had me wait another 10 minutes to heat it (I ordered online) and still I had to microwave it when I got home, which was no more than 5 min. Down the road. They didn’t seem concerned with drive through because I saw two orders of wings before mine when I was waiting almost 20 minutes for “heated” wings and the guy working with me, pawned my order off on someone else who was amazing at gathering the food again. Idk, food was great and kinda warm but- idk lol I wouldn’t say they are bad but I’d pick up from inside instead of drive thru. Prices are amazing, btw.

Easily the worst Little Cesars Ive had to deal with. I placed an order online, it took them over 45 mins before they even started making my pizza, then they never even put it in the pizza portal. There was a line out the door of people who also should have had their food put in the pizza portal so I again had to wait another 15 mins to get my food. If I want Little Cesars in the future. I’m ordering it in new albany and will drive 15 mins out of my way just so I don’t have to deal with these morons.

This place will not answer the phone for nothing, it’s ridiculous you cannot call in an order & the website does not offer a well-done option(not that they would cook it like that anyways)I’ve went as far as walking in & call them while standing in their lobby & watch them just ignore the phone & it’s not like they were to busy I was the only one in their so lastnight same thing I tried calling but no answer so went in to order lrg pizza & ICB both well- but when get order the pizza didn’t look done period let alone well-done the dough was still cold soft & gooey

Told me my order would be ready in 7 mins , they gave my order to other people took an hour to get 3 pizzas and they left two sitting out on the counter the last twenty mins. Asked to speak to a manger and he wouldn’t come up front to talk the me. Tried to call to get his name and they won’t answer the phone. Honestly it’s the worst management team I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed with our order. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star and photo doesn’t do it justice. I ask for extra cheese alas there’s no extra cheese on this pizza and it is burnt to a crisp and not even remotely edible!!! I live too far to drive back for a refund, so for all you people who order from this location in Clarksville all I can recommend is you check what you ordered before leaving the parking lot.

I understand the prices going up with inflation and all but going from “$5 Hot N Ready” to $9 Nothing Hot or Ready is ridiculous. Went with a 3 Meat instead since it was only a $2 upcharge. Now the 3 Meat & the Sticks Pizza was really good but with the prices, I could’ve gone with one of the bigger named chains got more for less with one/some of their deals & still had really good pizza plus more.

Don’t deserve even a one star. Staff rude. They’re not answering phones right now to preorder food. They’re website doesn’t list all the items example pepperoni cheese bread or aka the Italian cheese bread add pepperoni. Inside has been closed all week. Have to go through drive thru. There are at least three employees I counted tonight. I won’t be back to Clarksville. This is twice this happened to me this week. I’m good I’m done… What wrong with my food.. any food lover would know if they ate this compared to what it’s supposed to be
