Horrible, dry chicken, cold french fries, slow service even with me putting the order in ahead of time. The store was dirty the floor was sticky. There was a huge water drip coming from the AC vent where the floor was actually wet. The food was so bad that I decided instead of even calling to complain that I would just never go back to the restaurant which I must say is not something that I would do unless it was absolutely atrocious. Even the middle thing was completely filthy and you can see food particles on it that’s pretty gross. My stomach got very upset after eating here

Very disappointing. Ordered extra crispy and got original. Even the receipt said xtra crispy. It was the 8 pc bucket and dark meat, as ordered and they put more than 8 pcs in the bucket. However, all pieces were about the size of a pigeon leg. It was soggy, greasy and down right nasty. Sad thing is, they were not busy to have such cruddy food. I ate two drumsticks and threw it away. Not friendly at all. On their way to closure for sure. I will always get my chicken from Publix. Thought KFC was quicker. NOT!!

Waited more than 30 mins in the drive-thru for my order when I was the only person in line at the time. I understand people can be short-staffed. This has to be one of the slowest “fast food” drive-thrus I have ever been through.

Drive thru was really slow. I believe they were understaffed. Anthony did an awesome job attempting not to get orders mixed up by writing the color and name brand of the car on the receipt! Way to stay on top of things, Anthony!!!

Went yes ordered a 4 piece meal with two extra sides through drive through. There were only five cars and all were waiting on the side. After a half hour I went into the restaurant only to find that they never started my order and didn’t know where it was! I literally had to give them my receipt so they could make my meal. Then they said they were out of chicken wings after 40 minutes total of waiting. I asked them when they realized they were out as I’d been waiting the whole time only for the last to say ok we’ll give you your order with wings! When they finally handed me my bag it still wasn’t correct and I had to send back my sides to be corrected!! The crazy thing is they didn’t know who ordered what, orders were dropped from the screen and they kept taking more orders through the drive thru!!!! Horrible horrible horrible.

Went through the dining area to place my order and patiently waited with another customer who was there before me. I was then rudely confronted by a staff member saying the dining area was closed due to being understaffed and the doors were locked, and that how did I manage to get in? She then proceeded to walk back to the kitchen, where she shouted to the cashier to send us away and lock the doors. I explained that we were both waiting without acknowledgment of this matter, and no signs were placed on the doors or locked at the time of entrance. Afterward, the cashier took our orders as promptly as he could before the rude staff member could confront us again about placing our orders and deserved service. Please start treating your customers the way you want to be treated with RESPECT.

Been here 3x in the past 5-6 months one time i sat in line for 15 minutes at the intercom and nobody came also i left. Past 2x i got chicken sandwiches and the hole meal was ice cold. Nothing like spending 20$ to have food that tastes like garbage. My fries were rock hard and literally ice cold. Lady at drive thru i said to her thank you very much and have a great day only to be ignored. Lol. Just close the place down. Ill be going to chikafila or anywhere else going forward. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Food sucks, and everyone in a bad mood.
