We love our local Papa Ginos, because everyone is always so nice! They’re especially nice to my daughter, which makes it extra special. Today we decided to take her pizzas and eat a slice and sit down. We got two pizzas so that we would have pizza for leftovers and a side of fries.

We got the breadsticks and they were good i wish they would dispose the ends they are basically pizza crust not breadsticks but the rest were yummy. We also got the fries not too bad average. I hot the steak and cheese with extra cheese it was good i would definitely get it again. I enjoy their steak and cheese and their buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese my two favorite items. I enjoyed going before the pandemic when they had all you can eat pizza/pasta for 4.99 great deal.

I love this Papa Gino’s. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. It’s honestly more convenient for me to stop in Burlington on my way home from work but I drive past my house to go to the one in Chelmsford. It was quite busy when I went last night and they were all really hustling to get orders ready. The guy working the front was multitasking like a madman. He was cooking food while simultaneously training another employee on salads. The delivery driver came back and immediately started helping customers. I witnessed the manager carrying a large order out for a customer. They really are fantastic. And the food was great as always. It’s our favorite place for pizza. But seriously there’s some great staff at this restaurant. They deserve a raise.

It’s been a while since eating here. The food seemed to be of a lesser quality than before. Mozzarella sticks were smaller and less tasty than when I’d last had them. Still fast, friendly staff.
