If i could give them zero stars, I would, warning – their customer service is horrendous. We ordered food for pickup during our lunch break at work. When picking up, we confirmed the order. And when the gentleman said large chicken lo mein, we stated it was supposed to be large chicken fried rice. He said, “Yeah, that’s right.” He also overcharged us, and my co-worker caught it and got the money refunded. Upon returning to work, we found that my chicken fried rice was not in the bag, and neither was a chicken lo mein. There was a soup that I do not know what it is, and a small white rice. When we called to find out what we could do, the gentleman argued with me for minutes that I ordered chicken lo mein and that it was in the bag… unfortunately, I am at work and can not take another break to go back and fix this. So for lunch I have a small white rice. I will never recommend a company that wants to argue over what I ordered even though neither item was in my bag. So I’ve now spent $15 to eat an egg roll and white rice for lunch.

I love the fact that they give you such a variety of true chicken. Their other meals are all great. The chicken wings are usually cooked when ordered so is other things you order. Please try anything on the menu and I promise you will be greatly surprised and order again and again different menu items just to try.

This COMPANY is the absolute worst. Before my food was ordered I asked how long the delivery and was told 30/35 mins hence the reason I prepaid. An hour later I called to check on my food and the lady said I could come pick it up. I said that not why I prepaid for the food. Then instead of calling and finding out about the food she told me she would call and have them bring my food back and cancel the order. This is the WORST customer service. I would have not giving them any stars if that was an option.
