I do not recommend if you have food allergies! Waited in the store 30 minutes after my mobile order should have been ready. My burrito bowl was to contain no dairy. They finally finished our order 32 minutes after the pick up time. After getting my family set up in the car set up with their food I opened mine halfway to the interstate. DRENCHED in sour cream! Service was terrible and the food was inedible due to my dairy allergy. I should have checked it before leaving the parking lot but this stop had already made us so late!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They were also very accommodating to my dietary needs, making sure to explain every step of the process and ensuring that my meal was prepared exactly how I wanted it.

I had to ask the guy making my burrito to add more ingredients because he hardly put anything on it. I ordered chips and queso and my queso is half full. Didn’t come with many chips either. Not worth $15 since they skimp on the food so much. Go to another location or go to Moes.

The first visit, I dined in, watched them make my bowl, and overall it was very good. They have good meats, fresh toppings, and specialty beverage options. I went here a second time and placed a to go order, and when I opened it, it was probably 70% lettuce and little of everything else. I guess you just have to know what to get. But for the price, it’s ultimately worth it to eat somewhere authentic Mexican, and there are plenty in the Greer area.

Not sure why I came back but wanted to give this location another try. But clearly it hasn’t changed. I got a bowl and the rice was not even cooked fully. It was dry and when I asked for some sauce they told me their don’t have any. The place is also not clean inside. So if you want some Mexican don’t come to Chipotle and spend your money. Try Moe’s. I hope the management will improve this location.

This is the bowl that was delivered to me on my lunch break today. There was no rice, a bunch of lettuce and barely any chicken. This costs $14 and should have been free for a lettuce bowl. I am utterly disappointed in Chipotle.

First time trying the Chipotle in Greer and I have to say I was impressed. Didn’t really know what to get so the waitress making the food allowed me to taste test some of the chicken. Really polite and respectful. Food was good and hot. I would recommend to others absolutely if you’re into Mexican food
