We ordered a six pack and a pound. All taco shells were broken into pieces and super soggy. Potato oles were cold and seemed as if they had been sitting there for quite some time. You would think that at 5:45pm food would be at least somewhat fresh. I also had to go in and get food that was missed in my order. For the price we could have gone to hurradurah and had great food

The food is good. Love getting emails about deals/using the app. Some of the prices on certain food items are on the spendy side (especially the 6 pack and a pound nowadays). I suggest going inside to order your food because it seems like any time people go through the drive thru, something with their order is incorrect (I have experienced this, and so have other people I know). If you do go through the drive thru, I’d double check after getting your food order to make sure everything is correct (before you leave the restaurant).

good food. Tacos were well out together, I had the nachos Navidad, asked for the sour cream on the side which they forgot to do. Still the food tasted good. Only main problem was that the churros we had were lacking in sugar sprinkles.

being told that food and customer service goes down after a certain time by an employee at the window while waiting for 15+ minutes is not how i expected this visit to go, very underwhelmed with the professionalism shown, not even a glance through the window or anything. however, despite the food quality going down and also being messy and half put together after being monkey handled by some teenagers, at bare minimum the food was hot.
