First and foremost, I am appalled by the customer service. We placed a pizza order at 12:15am, I can understand if it takes a little longer than normal given the time and the busy weekend in Milwaukee. We were told our pizza would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. When it didn’t arrive by 130 we called and asked what was up. They said our pizza wasn’t even in the oven & it will be closer to another house before we get it. 230 comes around and still no pizza. Finally 3 am hits and we get our pizza. There was never and update provided to us, the customer service was horrible, they basically said there was nothing they could do for us or about it.

I really enjoyed the first time I had this pizza. But just a few days ago they refused to accommodate a simple request, make my pizza half beef half cheese instead of all beef and easy beef on the meat side. Grub hub does not allow this option so I have called before to make this request. I was told the manager told them they can’t do this even though they have done it in the past and was aware grub hub does not have all option or even the ability to write request for their store. I asked for a manager and the girl on the phone initially said she was the manager then she said she would resolve this by having the manager refund me the 30 dollars I spent the next day. I received no contact after and no refund and a pizza I did not eat. 2nd and last time ordering from here.

Horrible service. Ordered 1 large Loaded Tot-zzz pizza, was told 35-45 mins for delivery… took almost an hour and 20 mins. Mind you I am only 3 miles away so it shouldn’t have been that long.

Not a great experience. Order supposed to be ready at 6:45. Came in at 7 and found out my order had been “lost”. Only one person helping 8-10 customers and making food…Had to talk to the one employee who said she would remake my food- she was very nice by the way, but upsetting how understaffed this place is. Not the employees fault for having tons of orders and having to do everything their self.

Placed an order with a 5 dollar delivery charge, gave a 15% tip (7 dollars) for a pizza that was over 30 minutes late. My call to toppers was a lot of holding and…..”we are busy”. I expressed that I paid a lot for a pizza that is this late……the response of “I don’t make the prices” was less than acceptable. Now over 45 minutes late……wonder if it will ever arrive.

Ordered two pizzas at about 8:10 pm on a saturday. I figured it would take longer than usual being that it was saturday. I saw on the app that theorder was out for delivery around 9:10pm. I dont live far so i figured another 10 – 15 minutes. By 10pm, i still hadnt recieved my order. I called the store and they could only say “we are busier than usual, but its out for delivery.” At 10:40 i finally got my food delivered. It was ice cold. Currently trying to get a refund, but i have been on hold for over 30 minutes.
