This is one of the most disorganized, unprofessional potbellies I’ve ever been to… The workers on the cash register, as well as the worker making shakes, seem to be completely clueless… The employee making the shakes, dropped ice cream and milk on the floor several times… In addition, the cashier, forgot to enter the correct items that were purchased, not to mention did not provide receipts to the customers. I would highly suggest that a manager start working on the weekends and make sure that employees get more training. I live in the area so I’m very disappointed as you can tell. Ps. The cashier in the picture is not the cashier I’m referring to, he took over obviously because the other guy couldn’t seem to do his job.

Food and service was fast and as expected. Chips and drink refrigerator were well stocked. Chip assortment is Zapps kettle chips: salt and vinegar, mesquite bbq, voodoo, voodoo heat, jalapeno. Drinks are coca cola products. Outdoor seating is available but could use a general tidy up as there was some litter around. Parking is ample and easy.

This location was packed during lunch hour no surprise there except it wasn’t only people waiting in line to order in store but also an entire line of its own for people who had mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 12:13pm, the order was supposed to be ready at 12:25 pm but my order wasn’t ready until 12:47pm. Almost 25minutes of waiting in store for a mobile order pick up. (Some people were waiting for longer than I was for their mobile order.) I might as well have waited in line. If I was able to cancel my order and get a refund I would have done that and gone somewhere else to purchase food. This location needs more staff so that one team can focus on getting mobile orders out the door while one team focuses on taking on the in-store orders. This was honestly ridiculous. I don’t recommend coming here for lunch especially if you’re on a time constraint.
