This place was filthy! Dirty towels laying on the counter where some of the food was sitting. Where the toppings were kept was filthy with toppings laying all over. I walked out with with only purchasing a small cup of ice cream and cancelled the rest of my order after seeing the filth. I did speak with the manager who was not very understanding. Not going back here.

I think all the reviews about the “poor” drive through staff are from people who haven’t worked in a job with a drive through before… I was there waiting for food in the store and a man in the drive through was throwing food out the window and demanding money back and swearing at the staff… It’s hard to work when that is how you’re treated. The supervisors were right there though and handled it and they apologized for the delay in getting our food several times. The blizzard was stellar though! Worth the trip off the highway.

Very unclean in the inside.. went there to get blizzards and the upfront area was just so unclean and nasty I can only imagine what it looks like where they actually cook food. Something needs to be done about how nasty and unclean the inside is.. on top of being unclean the ice cream machine didn’t have a top cover it was off and wires exposed. The containers for the blizzards were dirty looked like they have never been cleaned ever. Just very unclean!!

Every time I visit this place gets worse. They recently closed the indoor dining room due to a “worker shortage” so your only option is to go through the drive through with a microphone you almost have to yell into just for them to barely make out. They were also out of like half of their blizzards. I hope they can get it together out there soon or else I’ll be taking the longer drive to JC

I’ve been here two or three times since I started working in Gray and I always get the same thing, the backyard bbq ranch burger with EXTRA ranch. Apparently the employees here do not understand what the word “extra” means, I should see ranch coming off the burger but every time I get a tiny spot of ranch. The employees are SUPER rude in the drive thru and couldn’t act less excited to be there if they tried. I always feel like it’s a bother to them to take my order, especially the middle aged lady with the dark hair. The burgers are good, but the service is a major disappointment.

Took too long, they gave me the wrong drink, the wrong food, cold food, a half-melted blizzard, and I had to repeat myself 3 times to the girl taking orders. I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins before I got my order, from girls who barely knew what they were doing.

We were on a road trip and thought it would be a good idea to get some ice cream, but once we got it, the containers were overfilled with a lid on top, so when we opened it it got everywhere… Was not a fun experience.
