Ordered online for carry out. Drove from 18 minutes away. Ordering on my way home. I get to the shop, the whole place smells like weed, which I don’t usually mind but I do when food is involved, anyways, when I get there the guy hadn’t even looked at my order. Asked for the name and then walked to the screen. Then came back and told me it’ll be 10-15min. Not a single pizza on the shelf. Not a single person in the store. The place literally empty as can be, and this guy could do ONE order.

These guys know what they’re doing and they like to do their best to be personable with you if you’re going to be personal with them especially if you, vent them they’re more than one they throw a few extra little pieces of toppings on your pizza without any cost and they do their best and they’re always busy so the food speaks volumes for itself go ahead and try it I dare you

Ordered 3 pizzas at 5:03pm. Received a text they were on the way at 5:52pm. The store is 6 minutes from my house. I called the store at 6:17 and was told “the driver is at his second stop and you are the third”. The pizza finally arrived at 6:59, mostly cold (like it was made an hour prior, shocker!) To top it all off, our order was missing 3 spicy garlic sauces, 2 regular garlic sauces, and 4 extra packets of seasonings, all of which you have to pay extra for now. $6 of missing extras. I understand being busy and short handed, but as a customer I shouldn’t need to “be patient” to this extent. I use that quote because I overheard an employee, or possibly the owner’s wife, in the background saying “we’re busy! She needs to be patient!” when I called the 3rd time. I will say, they made it right by re-making the entire order and we went to pick it up. The store was pure chaos when we went to pick up the order. I personally can’t speak to the quality as I wasn’t behind the counter. But given the state of the store, I won’t be purchasing from here EVER again! I hope enough people read this and find another pizza place to order from.

Pizza not cut. Pizza was “on it’s way” for over 30 mins, store is 10 mins away from out house. Finally got lukewarm pizza and cheese sticks, no dipping sauces. When did this happen? Called and talked to manager, he apologized and offered to send another pizza out. We already waited over an hour and told him we could cut ourselves but thought I’d get a credit or refund and nope. Juat sorry. Awkward silence and then BYE

Placed an order online and upon submitting I realized I needed to make corrections. I called the restaurant to cancel the order and rent-a-manager Susanne offered to make the corrections I needed over the phone. I gladly accepted but she failed to mention my order would cost double since specials are only valid online (because according to her I should’ve known this). She also failed to give me a total on the phone and an itemized receipt when my husband picked up the order. He received a credit card receipt only. When I called her to politely ask about the charges, she immediately raised her voice and said this was my fault because it’s the customers job to ask all of these things. SUSANNE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! She offered absolutely no resolution or apology and ultimately I was to blame for her incompetent job performance. Also, the pizza she took the order for was made incorrectly!

Updated review Nov/22: every time I order here I’m disappointed. Order was 30 minutes later than advertised when I ordered and when I called to check on the status I was on hold for 20 minutes with no one ever picking up the call (obviously an intentional strategy not to answer the phone).

Do not eat or work here. Bad culinary practices, only the managers have food handlers, and the owner insists that the toppings left on the trays (for hours) that fell off of previous pizzas, and should be put back into the containers for later future pizzas (dried pieces of bell pepper and sausage). You can even hear the owner and his wife argue in the back of the store….. There are definitely better, more comforting and more appetizing places then this location. I was even told by the wife of the owner that the can opener they have in the back is dull and when I went to use it, I had to pick out metal shavings from the sauce….. Don’t know if everyone else who’s worked here notice but… Ya… They are only in it for the money and they cut corners.

Placed a small order on Nov. 5 and was quoted 34-43 minutes. Didn’t actually receive the pizza for over 90 minutes, which I didn’t mind because restaurants are short staffed. When the delivery driver handed the pizza to my husband, he said “sorry it’s so late” and then walked off. All good. But, when you forget to bring the sauces that I paid for, I’m kind of peeved at that point. Called the manager and asked for someone to please bring the sauces and she said I’d have them in 10 minutes since the location is less than 2 miles from my house. Took 30 minutes to get the second delivery, and food is cold. Needless to say, I’ll give my hard earned money to a company that can run a competent business. The Papa John’s on Bridge has proved they aren’t.

So tonight we decided to order pizza from papa John’s here. We ordered it at 6pm and it didn’t get delivered until just after 8pm. Just over 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.
