While I don’t generally review if it negative but multiple times they have not been open when their hours say they are. For example sunday I tried to stop at noon, while i stood in the mall area staff indicated from behind the counter that they were not open for orders, and delivery was not an option. Been there before when the store was closed an hour before their published closing time. I have been happy with the service at this location but the operating hour thing needs worked out. Will adjust my rating as needed.

I don’t want to see anyone in particular get in trouble. I was in there a few weeks ago and I watched the person at the cash register, (who was a very polite individual) take my order with gloves on, use the same gloves to give me my money back, then go over and make my sub with the same gloves on. With how dirty money is and Covid going around, we thought that was unsanitary. Me and my daughter took our subs and threw them away after we had left. Please change your gloves in between messing with money and change and then making a sub. Thank you and have a great day 🙂

People are nice enough but have yet to receive the sandwich I ordered at this location. Half hour wait (NOT freaky fast) for the wrong sandwich and I live within a few blocks. Last time I called was told they would give me a credit. Never received. Seriously all you make are sandwiches. Last 3 times wrong sandwich. Guess I’ll order from Panera and pay more to get it right.

I love their subs way more than subway but they have gotten so high priced. I havent been there since the high price raise. Used to be under five and now over six? They are fast and friendly though. Someone said they got rid of the alfalfa sprouts and I really liked those. Whatever, good food, service, too high priced

Dear management, the man who was working at 6:00 pm on Saturday April 10th deserves a raise. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s working really hard. I work at the theater across the mall so I’m here pretty often. I’ve never had a wrong order and the food is always great, the staff are also very friendly.

I liked the people that worked there and the signs on the wall more than the sandwich itself. I don’t particularly like Jimmy John’s because the sandwiches always taste bland no matter what I order. I guess I’m looking for something that tastes better than what I can fix at home and so far Jimmy John’s has not offered that. But again, the store itself and the employees were awesome!

Ordered for delivery as it’s easier with 2 small kiddos and not only did it take an hour but they also called to ask for a bigger tip. It’s a 2 minute drive. And this isn’t the first time either.

I stopped in this evening to get sandwiches. There was only one guy working. I felt bad for him as it was very obvious he was overwhelmed. He was pushing the keyboard very hard and kind of rude. When I got to the car I discovered one of my sandwiches was not correct. I went back into the store and he claimed it didn’t ring up the way I asked although he couldn’t give me a copy of my receipt. He said he was “slammed” and asked if I could see he didn’t have any help. He then charged me for another sandwich. No apologies or a smile or anything.
