In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They always seem to mess up orders… my burgers also seem like someone threw it together and punched it. Never have I had a good experience from this store. I can’t eat tomatoes and they ALWAYS put it on when I say not to.. I got 4 burgers and all of them came smashed. FILLED with mayo. It’s like you have highschoolers serving food. I don’t trust them 1 bit touching my food. I’m making sure to stay away from here. Idk how half these burgers are even checked and allowed.. all I wanted was some food for me and my girlfriend tonight. Waste of money. Also food all cold.

I used to really like checkers, but I feel like the quality has gone down a bit here. The ingredients just don’t seem as fresh or something. I’ve always liked the fries and those are still good, but something about the burgers is different and not in a good way. I’ll still come here every so often when I have a craving, but I think the location in Clearwater is better. That’s just too far away for me to go to just to pick up a quick meal. Employees are generally friendly and service is average I’d say for a fast food place.

I’d go by here while in route to the office in the morning and staff was never ready at opening time. If anyone was there they couldn’t sell you anything because the money for the drawer hadn’t arrived yet. I’d offer to pay by credit or exact change and they still wouldn’t serve me. I’d even try arriving 15-20 minutes after opening time and I’d get the same story. Needless to say, I just decided to get food elsewhere and never return. For the record, this happened at least 5 times so I really gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is just how this location does business.

I placed an Uber order last night & then called the location and expld I had placed an order & I wanted sweet tea instead of cherry coke but they don’t offer it online and I think she said her name was Michelle said no problem. When my food got to me it was still hot, the fries were fresh and crunchy and the caramel cheesecake sundae is too die for. Well definitely be back to this location.

Lady at the window was horrible. Did not great us just grabbed the credit card and shut the window. Opened the window and shoved the bags at us. Did not say a word. Apple pies were over done and hot dog buns were stale

I tried the new checkers fry seasoned all white meat chicken tenders. How does it actually taste? Does the fries seasoning on something other than the renouned fries meet expectations? What about the”signature zesty taste?” Before you race over to your nearest Rallys, keep reading. TLDR: dont believe the hype! I went in committed and initially thinking, “I’m about to taste something amazingly satisfying!” Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t awefull. Yet my taste buds became instantly underwhelmed after the first bite. The zesty is indeed experienced in each bite, that is all though. It’s one thing to make a chicken tender from the fries seasoning. It’s completely different to actually pull it off! I think checkers missed the mark here. A for effort and presentation though. Having said that, if you’re at all intrigued…you be the judge. Don’t let my review sway you from trying it. Just don’t set your expectations that high like I did.

Crew super unprofessional has a door-dash order came to the window some guy said he didn’t have a ticket so he couldn’t make it I proceeded to tell him it’s a doordash order he goes back and says he found it waited 30 minutes then somebody comes to window asking the name of the doordash told them once again and they said they didn’t have no ticket after I was already told they found it waited another 20 minutes and the “ manager “ tells screams at us that she doesn’t have to make the order because she doesn’t have a ticket and told a nice young lady that was there trying to help to just shut the window that she wasn’t gonna deal with us very unprofessional will never set foot in this place again
